Coaching for Midlife Women

There’s no one experience of midlife any more than there’s one experience of childhood.

We’re shaped by relationships, culture, education, abilities, time, place and more — so the way we experience midlife will be deeply individual.

Coaching offers a reflective space to consider what matters to you now, and what’s worth building into the future. It’s different to counselling, which focuses on working through the past and how it affects the present.

I chose vertical development coaching because it acknowledges our ability to continue pushing developmental boundaries well into old age, asking. questions like:

  • Who are you becoming?

  • What new capacities or perspectives are ready to emerge?

  • How can you meet life’s complexities with more flexibility, wisdom, and inner clarity?
