1:1 Coaching & Counselling
Coaching – I support you to make sense of where you are and what you want to change. My training in developmental coaching is focused on meaning and purpose, and is recognised by the International Coaching Federation.
I generally work online, but can offer in-person appointments if you live in Melbourne.
Counselling – A reflective space to process past experiences, reshape narratives, and gain clarity. I qualified as a narrative therapist in 2020 (Masters, University of Melbourne) and am a Level 2 member of the Australian Counselling Association.
In-person and online appointments available, but in-person recommended if you live in Melbourne.

Group Coaching & Workshops
For those who prefer shared learning and connection. Half-day workshops include:
Writing Your Third Act - This writing-and-reflection workshop is designed for people who want to begin exploring what matters most in the next phase of life—before the busyness ends or the decisions are made. No writing experience needed.
The Good Life - built around Stoic philosophy, this facilitated discussion and journaling workshop helps clarify what a good life looks like for you. It’s a useful step to take before major transitions like leaving the workforce or choosing a tree/sea change.
Mindful Transition - this blends somatic practices (yoga, meditation, breath work) with a guided group discussion about transforming significant identities like parent, professional, into something that still fits when life changes.
